Privacy Policy

The data controller is Lapko. For any request regarding your personal data you can write to privacy@lapko.io.

• Contact and sign-up data: name, email address, language, sports you practise and any notes you send us through the beta or feedback form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, generated automatically by our systems and cookies.
• Training data: inside the app, the workouts and metrics you choose to sync from connected services (e.g. Garmin, Polar, Wahoo, Zwift).

• Managing your beta application and providing the service you requested — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Sending you launch communications and product updates — legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Website security and aggregated statistics — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) or consent for non-necessary cookies.

We keep beta programme data for up to 24 months from your last interaction, or until you ask us to delete it. Technical log data is kept for a maximum of 12 months.

Data may be processed by suppliers acting as processors: hosting and database (cloud infrastructure in the EU), email delivery and analytics tools. We do not sell your data to third parties.

If a supplier is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to privacy@lapko.io: we answer within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
